L2 Software Support Engineer

Responsibilities
  • Providing consultancy and technical support to clients;
  • Acquiring and resolving Level 2 software tickets;
  • Providing tickets to Level Software Support, testing and deploying the solutions provided by Level 3 at customer locations;
  • Tracking alarms from the monitoring system;
  • Providing remote technical support or at customers’ locations;
  • Documenting problems and preparing procedures for Level 1 support and Level 2 support;
  • Training the Level 1 support team and on-site service teams;
  • Testing new versions of retail software applications according to existing test plans;
  • Testing current software versions on new hardware configurations;
  • Updating subsidiaries of new versions of applications;
  • Developing Windows / Linux bash scripts.
Requirements
  • Graduate profile computer science (Faculty of Automation and Computers represents an advantage);
  • Basic Networking Knowledge (TCP / IP Suite);
  • Knowledge of Linux / Windows Server operating systems;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server basics
  • English written and spoken advanced level, fluent speech

Support Operator L1

Responsibilities
  • Receiving service notifications by telephone and e-mail;
  • Recording service notifications in the ticketing system;
  • Analysis and primary diagnosis of tickets;
  • Delivery of service tickets to responsible technical teams or service partners;
  • Troubleshoot technical problems by remote or telephone, according to the procedures available
  • Closure of notifications in the computer system.
Requirements
  • Completed or on-going higher education, preferably technical faculty;
  • PC knowledge (MS Office);
  • English language;
  • Desire of involvement;
  • Communication skills;
  • Ability to assimilate new knowledge;
Schedule

Monday - Sunday in two laps, which will be covered by rotation (the lap schedule is the following: 2 days Shift 1, 2 days Shift 2, two free days etc.)

  • 6.30 AM - 15.30 PM
  • 15.00 PM - 24.00 PM
