Since 2008, our organization has implemented the quality management system (ISO 9001), later joined by environmental management (ISO 14001), health and safety at work (ISO 45001), and information security (ISO 27001) systems in the field of designing, testing, marketing, and implementing integrated IT solutions. Certifications are awarded by the German body TÜV Hessen, thus benefiting from international recognition: TÜV Hessen, SysCert.
Also, starting in 2016, we have implemented the IT service management system (ISO 20000-1), with certification granted by the French body AFNOR Certification: www.afnor.org

A journey full of achievements, strategic partnerships, and above all, a continuous passion to set high standards in Romania’s IT industry. Through decades of commitment and a passion for excellence, we have managed to carve out a distinct place in Romania’s IT market. At RBC, we don’t just implement advanced technologies; we are architects of digital change.
In 1991, we established our office in Timișoara, marking the beginning of an impressive journey into the technology universe. In 1994, we formed trusted partnerships with technology giants Bizerba and Diebold Nixdorf, consolidating our presence in the industry and introducing cutting-edge technologies to our portfolio.
In 2001, we provided essential support for the opening of the first Carrefour hypermarket, a significant milestone in consolidating our position in providing IT solutions for retail. The same period saw the establishment of valuable partnerships with Zebra Technologies and VIF, bringing advanced technologies into our portfolio. In 2010, we expanded our territorial presence by establishing the office in Iași. In the same year, we introduced 24/7 helpdesk service, ensuring we are always available to our clients.
In 2012, we reached a new milestone, providing services to no fewer than 1000 retail locations, a significant success in supporting businesses and growing our partnerships. The year 2013 marked our geographic expansion into the Republic of Moldova, entering the market and establishing the office in Chișinău to strengthen our presence. In 2014, Oresa Ventures became the majority shareholder, acquiring 49% of RBC shares, consolidating the partnership, and supporting continued development.
2017 was the year we implemented the first Self-Checkout (SCO) in Romania, a significant step in bringing innovative checkout process automation technology. In 2018, we demonstrated our commitment to innovation by developing a new Electronic Journal Fiscal Printer, bringing advanced technology to the fiscal field.
In a significant move in 2021, we successfully implemented our Scan&Go Supersmart solution in the retail market, demonstrating the effectiveness of our state-of-the-art technology in improving retail operations. 2021 was a key year in which we acquired ROPECO Bucharest, consolidating our market position and expanding our capabilities in providing innovative IT solutions. Continuing our strategic expansion, in 2022, we successfully acquired Smart Pay Software and FullScreen Digital, further consolidating our expertise in software development and digital solutions.
